Example of a Great Store Experience

Example of a great store experience

When was the last time you went to an Apple Store? If you've gone recently you've probably noticed how innovative their purchasing method is.

Since most of Apple's customers are tech-savvy, they do most of their research about the products online so when they do come to the store they tend to have a clear idea on what they want: they want to be able to try the device out. That's why all their products, from Apple TVs to iPads, through iPhones, are displayed for everyone to try and test. In case actually didn't really know what model they were after or what the price of a device was, all iOS devices (iPads and iPhones) include an exclusive Pricing app that displays the different model with their features and prices.

Once you have decided what product you want, you reach out to one of the staff which through an iPhone they have will place your order and another member of the staff brings you your order from the store.

In order to finish the purchase, you just need to directly pay on the iPhone the staff member carries, either with your credit card or with Apple Pay and they'll send the receipt directly to your email.

That's it. You could play around as much as you liked with the product you wanted to buy and, when you were ready, an expert would take you through the entire purchasing process. Easy and simple, a good example of a great store experience.
